The third national seminar on Yemeni coffee was held today, Sunday, in the temporary capital, Aden, funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).

Dep. Planning Minister, FAO official discuss preparations for food security workshop

Deputy Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Nazar Basuheib and the resident representative of the FAO in Yemen Mr Hussein Gadain have discussed preparations for a workshop on Yemen's food security project.

The workshop will be held in the temporary capital Aden next Tuesday.

Basuheib met with Gadain and his assistant Mohammed Salam as part of a series of separate meetings with country managers and representatives of a number of international organizations concerned with humanitarian and developmental affairs.

Basuheib also met the manager of the UNICEF office in Aden and discussed with him the implementation of the organization's different programs in different provinces. He also met with representatives of ZOA, Marie Stops and the World Federation for the Protection of Children.
