Sahar Ghanim presented Thursday her credentials as a plenipotentiary Non-resident ambassador of Republic of Yemen to the Kingdom of Swede to the Swedish. Monarch Carl XVI Gustaf.
During the meeting Ghanim expressed thanks of the Yemeni government and people to the Swedish monarch and people for the significant role the Swedish government played in supporting humanitarian actions in Yemen.
She also briefed the King on the situations in Yemen and government's efforts aiming to achieve peace in the country.
The king voiced his pleasure for boosting bilateral ties between the two friendly countries. He also declared his country's support for establishing peace in Yemen through efforts have been made by the UN.
