The Kuwaiti Fund for Arab Economic Development signed Thursday a Grant Agreement with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) worth $1.2 million to contribute to the rehabilitation and maintenance of homes for displaced persons in Yemen.

Interior Minister received international experts delegation

Deputy Premier, Minister of Interior Eng. Ahmed Al-Maisari met Monday here in Aden with the international experts delegation headed by Mohammed Jandabi.
The meeting discussed human rights situations in our country were discussed. Violations and abuses of human rights committed by Iran-backed Houthi militia against the opponents of politicians, activists and journalists were touched upon.
The Minister affirmed the government willingness to help the international team of experts to do their job and to remove any obstructions may hinder their mission.
The experts team explained its mission objectives, highlighted the importance of joining national and international efforts and resources to improve human rights situations which have seriously deteriorated.
