Minister of Social Affairs and Labor Dr Ebtihaj Al-Kamal met on the sidelines of Fourth Conference of Labor Ministers, of Islamic Cooperation Organization with the Saudi Minister of Labor and Social Development Dr Ali Al-Ghafis.
Al-Kamal's talks with Al-Ghafis focused on the issue of the Yemeni workers in Saudi Arabia under the newly adopted procedures by the Saudi authorities about nationalizing some businesses the majority of Yemeni expats are involved in.
The Minister agreed with her Saudi counterpart on setting up joint committees to study the status of the Yemeni labors and re-direct them in the right course to get involved in certain businesses that can serve the mutual interests of the two countries
