Al-Maliki renews Coalition commitment to support Yemeni military to retake all provinces

RIYADH-SABA
Spokesperson of the Saudi-led Arab Coalition for restoring legitimacy in Yemen Colonel Turki Al-Maliki affirmed that the Coalition member states are committed to stand with the Yemeni people militarily and humanely.

Al-Maliki welcomed any international good offices that can contribute toward establishing peace in Yemen, noting that is in full conformity with the Coalition member states' principles.

Speaking at the weekly press conference held in Riyadh Monday Al-Maliki stressed that the Coalition forces will continue to support the official Yemeni military to get the remain Yemeni regions cleared of Iran-backed Houthi militia and defend Saudi borders.

The Coalition spokesperson blamed the Iran-baked Houthi militia for targeting the private-owned property in violation of all conventional laws and norms. He indicated that the militia has lost as many as 280 of military sites, equipment and weapons.

Concerning to the upshots of the overall humanitarian operations plan, Al-Maliki revealed that 544,037 Yemeni citizens have benefited from the humanitarian aids since the humanitarian actions have started until now, these humanitarian aids amounted to 75,623 included food, sheltering and health assistances.
