VP discuses action in Immigration and Passports Authority

RIYADH-SABA
Vice President Lieutenant General (Lt Gen) Ali Mohssen Saleh met on Sunday with a number of general directors of the General Authority of Immigration and Passports, with the presence of the General Director of International Cooperation in the Ministry of Interior Brigadier General Abdulkhaliq Asselwee.

The meeting aimed to brief the Vice President on the achievements have been made by the Authority of Immigration and Passports in providing services to the citizens and facilitate their travel.

The Authority's general directors also informed the (Lt Gen) about the different activities carried out by the Authority and its branches in the provinces and Yemeni embassies abroad.

The Vice President applauded the progress made by the Authority, urging benefiting from other countries experiences and techniques, particularity in the area of borders automatically monitoring to ease travelers movement and access to the lists of the wanted persons at national and international levels in order to prevent them from running away.
