Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Dr. Nazar Ba-Soheib has signed five cooperation agreements with Mercy Corps and Global Communities of the USA, and ACTED and Action Against Hunger of France and the International Rescue Committee.

The agreements are part of the planning ministry's efforts to involve the international organizations in delivering humanitarian assistance in the temporary capital Aden.
