Six Shabwa districts educated about the danger of UXOs

SHABWA-SABA
The local government and CSOs ofShabwa with funding from the UNICEF have educated six administrative units of the province about the danger of landmines and UXOs.

They have concluded a 50-day campaign that raised the awareness of the population in Ataq, Nisab, Hibban, al-Ssaeed, Mayfaa and Radhoomdistricts through six campaigning teams.

The campaign educated the people on the danger of UXOs disguised in the shape of benign objects and how to stay clear from them and react when finding some.
