FM: The Coalition foiled coup's plots of trinity
[29/10/2017 09:17]

RIYADH-SABA
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdulmalik al-Mikhlafi has said Houthi-Saleh wanted through their coup against the state to regain the trinity of poverty, backwardness and disease and implement it across Yemen as they did in their-held areas.

Their sectarian Iranian-made project is unapplied without that hatred trinity, said al-Mikhlafi in the conference for foreign ministers and chiefs of staff of the countries of the Arab Coalition for Supporting Yemen's Legality held here on Sunday.

The militias' coup produced poverty over their seizure of the state's resources and subjecting them to their own interests and their war effort, and produced backwardness over transferring schools into barricades and changing the school books into sectarian and produced epidemics over their intended destruction of health system, he said.

He confirmed the Arab Coalition's interference for supporting legality in Yemen was based on the demand of the political leadership to rescue Yemen from plots of Houthi-Saleh's rebels and their aggression on the Yemeni people, noting that the interference of the coalition on March 23, 2015 was not waging war, rather for halt the militias assaults and regaining peace in Yemen.

He reaffirmed that the government has been extending its hand for peace and is ready for commencing confidence-building when the other party is ready for peace, noting to concessions made by the government during the past talk rounds.

The government is dealing positively with the UN envoy to Yemen and with initiatives he made for the solution of Yemen's crisis and accepted partial solutions despite belief in inclusive solution while rebels continued their policy of procrastination and prolonging the war, depending on time for changing their coup into a real situation, he said.

Al-Mikhlafi called upon the International Community to frankly declare the name of the party which hinders peace process and take unified and firm measure against it, taking into consideration that the rebels are seeking to change Yemen's crisis from political and just right issue of the Yemeni people for regaining their state and protecting its security, stability and unity into humanitarian crisis for realizing political objectives and mobilizing the international public opinion against Arab Coalition.
"Houthis and their ally Saleh have to understand Arabic Yemen-or the cradle of Arabism- will not become one day a part of Iranian project but it is a part of its nation…… and this project will be beaten in Yemen not only because their consecutive defeats in different warfronts but also because of rejection of the Yemeni people and all world peoples and governmentsof coups and seizure of authority by force," he said.

He made it clear that beating the Iranian project in Yemen requires support for efforts of the United Nations and the UN envoy to Yemen as the only path for realizing peace in Yemen and rejection other alternative or parallel tracks and keeping the position of the international community united in supporting the government and committing to the UN track for the solution in Yemen, in addition to adherence to the three references; the GCC Initiative, the outcomes of the National Dialogue Conference and the UN Resolution 2216.

Minister of Foreign Affairs al-Mikhlafistressed on protecting Yemen's unity, its security and stability, and banning arrival of rebel militias to the eastern bank of Bab al-Mandab.

He also emphasized on liberating the whole western coast and regaining all ports of the Red Sea.
