Al-Maqdashi pays comfort visit to the nation's warriors

The army's Chief of Staff Maj. Gen. Mohammed Ali al-Maqdashi paid a comfort visit to a number of wounded servicemen in Marib's hospitals on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr feast.
Senior offices from the interior ministry and police department accompanied al-Maqdashi in the visit.
Al-Maqdashi imported the servicemen with words of support and enthusiasm, saying the injuries they sustained will remind the generations of their honoring struggle.
The wounded warriors expressed appreciation of their comrades' visit for expressing their desire to return to duty despite their disabilities.
General al-Maqdashi and senior army officials had performed the Eid al-Fitr prayer in Marib. The preacher of the Eid sermon urged for unity of ranks, solidarity and affection among the people. The preacher also warned of rifts and rumours sometimes spread by the coup loyalists to break ranks and trigger strife. He praised the heroic performance of the servicemen in the frontlines and security men maintaining public order in the government-controlled areas.
