President Hadi receives French Ambassador to Yemen

President Abdo Rabbu Mansour Hadi on Monday received here the French Ambassador to Yemen Christian Tito, discussing a number of issues concerning Yemen and France.
Hadi handed over the French Ambassador a letter to the newly-elected French President Emmanuel Macron in which he congratulated him on his victory in the presidential election win.
The letter stressed the significance of relations and partnership between both friendly countries and prospects of enhancing and developing them in different areas.
It also contained an overview on the Yemen's latest developments and France's major role in supporting Yemen and its legitimacy in various international forums.
For his part, the French Ambassador expressed appreciation for the meeting, emphasizing his country's supportive stances for Yemen and its constitutional legitimacy.
The ambassador further said that the relations between Yemen and France will be more distinguished and developing, reiterating that France has special relations and cooperation with Yemen.
