The interior ministry's General Department for Combating Terror and Organized Crime launched the Arab Week for Awareness about the Dangers of Extremism and Terror, at the ministry's branch office in Sayoon.

The occasion falls on 4-10 of January In a speech, the first deputy minister Maj. Gen. Mohammed Salem bin Aboud wished the participants in the event success in combating the extremism and terror, saying that that the inauguration of this Week embodies joint Arab security and police work and cooperation and coordination in eradication of all forms of crime.
