Prime Minister Dr. Ahmed bin Mubarak promised the government's full support for the High Medical Board (HMB) to carry out its obligations and strictly implementing the controlling regulations and standards of the practice of medical professions.
" Medicine, nursing and other medical related professions must be controlled by high professional standards. Practitioners, nurses and other medical staff must be well-trained and professionally disciplined", he said.
He made his statement as he chaired a meeting of the HMB today, Thursday, at the Faculty of Medicine in the temporary capital Aden.
The Prime Minister promised the government's full support for the HMB to carry out its duties to ensure stringent application of controls and standards governing the practice of medical professions.
