They also affirmed their support to the leadership of the local authority in Hadhramout Governorate, considering it the legitimate body responsible for managing the governorate’s affairs and preserving its security and stability.
In separate statements issued today, copies of which were received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the Hadhrami forces and components—comprising the leadership of the Hadhrami League, the Reference Authority of Hadhramout Tribes, the Hadhramout National Council, and the Hadhramout Tribes Alliance—said that they are closely following the serious developments in the governorates of Hadhramout and al-Mahra.
They praised the decisions and steps taken by the National Defense Council, as well as the efforts of the brotherly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, which are aimed overall at supporting de-escalation efforts to extinguish sedition, avoid chaos and conflict, and preserve state institutions.
