ارتفعت حصيلة عدوان الاحتلال المتواصل على قطاع غزة منذ السابع من اكتوبر 2023، إلى 67,967 شهيدا و170,179 مصابا اغلبتهم من النساء والاطفال، فيما لا يزال عدد من الضحايا تحت الركام وفي الطرقات، حيث تعجز طواقم الإسعاف والدفاع المدني عن الوصول إليهم حتى اللحظة.
Prime Minister receives in Aden Acting-Japanese Ambassador to Yemen

Prime Minister Dr. Ma'een Abdulmalik received today, Monday, in the interim capital Aden Acting-Japanese Ambassador to the Republic of Yemen Kazoo Hiro Higashi and his accompanying delegation who is visiting Aden presently.
Aspects of Yemeni-Japanese bilateral ties and collaboration were key focus of the discussions.
The latest developments in the Yemeni national arena including UN-led efforts to make peace, Japanese support for legality and peace efforts in Yemen were also touched upon.
Dr. Ma'een highly valued Japan's support for development drive in Yemen over the previous decades in the fields of water, sanitation, fishery, health and education in all Yemeni governorates through JICA.
He cited the project to repair the storages of Aden Sea Port and to upgrade the containers station as an example for Japan's continuous support for Yemen.
The project is funded by Japan, carried out by the UNDP with total cost $3.5 million for first phase
He also deeply appreciated the Japanese government's contribution to the relief and humanitarian actions during the war-years.
The Japanese diplomat recalled his country's support for Yemen during the recent 8 years which amounted to over $400 million.
He stated that Japanese support in the coming stage will be concentrated on sustainable development projects in response to the Yemeni government's request, maintenance of the development projects established by Japan earlier and the top priority projects in coordination with the government.
