Yemen’s armed forces repelled a Houthi attack in Mahilya a southern mountainous outskirt of the government stronghold of Marib on Thursday killing 40 militants, a military source said.
The source told the Armed Forces’ Media Center the army “ambushed the attackers killing 40 of them, injuring others, and destroying military equipment.”
The source said, “The heroes of the army managed to seize the outpost where the Houthi gang were situated.” The Arab Coalition warplanes supporting the army destroyed four Houthi pickup vehicles.”
