The chief of the national Supreme Committee for Relief Aid Abduraqeeb Fatah has called on the UN Humanitarian Coordinator in Yemen Lisa Grande pressure the Houthis into allowing the entry of humanitarian aid into Durayhimi a town in western Yemen's Hodeidah port promptly and unconditionally.
In a statement to the official Yemeni news agency (Saba), Fatah slammed the Houthi denial of WFP access to Durayhimi "as a terrorist conduct and in breach of the international laws."
He called on the team overseeing peace building measures in Hodeidah to compel the rebel militia to allow aid into the town.
