Saudi royal air forces defenses managed to intercept and gun down 5 drones launched by Iran-backed terrorist Houthi militia on Friday toward Abha's international airport and Khamis Musheit governorate, south of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Spokesperson of the Saudi-led Arab Coalition Forces Colonel Turki al-Maliki said " Air flights and aviation movement at Abha's international airport go on normally, there was no delay of any scheduled air flights".
In a press release published by Saudi Press Agency (SPA) al- Maliki added" Houthi's criminal instrument is desperately and frequently trying to target civil installations and facilities but in vain, their attempts are foiled, drones detected, intercepted and shot down" .
