The Kuwait Red Crescent Society has distributed relief aid to some 20,000 displaced Yemenis in three provinces, as part of its humanitarian assistance to the Yemeni people.
Head of the Society's delegation to Yemen, Abdul Rahman Al-Oun, told the Kuwait News Agency that the campaign, which comes in cooperation with the humanitarian networkIstijabah covered the provinces of Taiz, Abyan and Hodeidah.
He said that the aid consisted of 2577 food packs meant to meet the needs of beneficiary families for a full month.
