The parliamentarian blocs in the House of Representatives have voiced support for the legitimate government's proclamation in supporting Arab Coalition leadership in which it stated that necessary measures to be taken to deter Houthi militia's threats and to stop its terrorist actions that put the maritime passageway, Yemeni coasts and fishery at durable perilous stakes.

The Parliamentary blocs which represent different political forces said in statement the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) received a copy of that they are following with deep concern the dangerous implications of the Iran backed Houthi armed militia's hostile acts targeted International maritime navigation in the Red Sea and Bab-Almandeb, the recent of such criminal acts are the assaults against the oil tankers owned by Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and earlier the United Arab Emirates' ships.

The Parliamentary blocs expressed condemnation of this terrorist manner that is to result in grave environmental and economic disaster that seriously harm the interests of all countries in the region and the world.

" Against this background, it is very necessary to step up combat operations to retake all Yemeni harbors and get the west coast cleared of the militiamen. This is the secure option that should be carried out sooner not later, no other choice should be considered, whatever pressures may be mounted ", the Parliamentary blocs said.

They stated that" Any efforts or proposals don't press the Houthi putschist militia to comply with the three terms of reference: GCC's Initiative, its executive mechanism, National Dialogue's outcomes in International Security Council resolution 2216, will be useless and will offer the rebels one more chance to further go on their criminal acts that cause damage to Yemen's security, Arab region's and regional security".
