Ministry of Human Rights has strongly condemned continuous violations of children and civilians rights in the capital Sana'a and provinces under the militia control. Recent violations have been committed by the militiamen included abducting teenagers from schools under pretext of compulsory recruitment and engaging them in front-lines battles..It is a crime punished by all religions an international conventions.

The Ministry said in statement carried out by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) that it had followed the militia's hysteric move to compulsory recruit children, raiding schools, assaulting teachers who tried to stop these illegal actions. Then storming and looting the citizens' houses and stores in the capital Sana'a and regions under the militia control. The latest violations were committed by the militia targeted exchange businesses. The militia launched looting campaign against exchange firms, imposing payment forcefully upon or detonating houses and stores of the owners refuse to pay.

The Ministry has declared that these criminal actions by the militia are branded as " terrorist actions" because such actions have embodied the militia's terrorist policy it has embarked on since they carried out the coup in September 2014. The Ministry stated that these crimes the militia has been committing are infringes on the international humanitarian law and in violations of all international laws.

The Ministry of Human Rights has stated the capital Sana'a under militia control has become a large detention place where fearsome, horror and insecurity are prevailing due to the militia's crimes and violations… The Ministry has reiterated its calls on the UN, Security Council, Arab League and entire international community to intervene immediately and seriously and fully support the legal government and Arab Coalition in order to implement the International Security Council resolution 2216 to eliminate the coup d'état and stop the militia's criminal acts.
