Prime Minister Ahamd Obeid bin-Daghr launched Tuesday the Judiciary Compound in the interim capital of Aden.
Bin-Daghr toured the facilities of the new building, where he was briefed on duties of every section and tasks needed for reactivating the judiciary system to settle people issues.
He presided over a meeting for the Supreme Judiciary Authority and discussed mechanism of re-operating courts and prosecutions across liberated governorates.
Bin-Daghr praised efforts exerted for re-opening courts and prosecutions, as well as bringing conditions into their normal in all regained governorates.
"Judiciary remains the title of justice and the foundation of development and progress and we should respect its verdicts and implement them to deep root justice values," he said. "We must all stand in unified line to establish the state of law and rule, which organizes life and realizes justice and equality between all."
He urged members of the judiciary authority and heads of courts and prosecutions to work hard and honestly, taking into
consideration the national responsibility to realize the right and reject the falsehood.
He warned of negligence towards those who are proved guilty of committing crimes or terrorist acts.
He issued directives to security forces to take necessary measures for the protection of judges and sites of the courts and prosecutions and activating all police stations and investigations offices.
He repeated call of relocating all the state's institutions in the interim capital of Aden and emphasized that the government has established the foundation of construction and the institutional work across the liberated governorates.
For his part, the Head of the Judiciary Authority Ali La'wash thanked President and Prime Minster for their efforts they exert for taking care of judiciary institution and working on qualifying and maintaining courts and prosecutions.
"We have started, with directives of President, implementation of the judiciary plan from Aden and other liberated governorates," he said. "Members of the Judiciary Committee have been acquainted with the ongoing work in judiciary system and the prosecutions in liberated governorates."
The Head of the Supreme Court Judge Hamoud al-Hitar said that Judiciary is entrusted with honest duty to realize justice and equality among all citizens.
He valued efforts of the President and Prime Minister for activating judiciary and prosecutions.
Prime Minister bin-Daghr inspected also the the building of the General Secretariat of the Ministers' Council and toured at the building's facilities that will be ready for work during the forthcoming days
