Aden – Saba
Minister of Information, Culture and Tourism, Muammar Al Eryani, condemned in the strongest terms the terrorist Houthi militia's bombing of several homes belonging to a number of citizens in the Al-Zour area of the Serwah district of Marib Governorate, including the house of the late Ahmed Nasser Al-Dawla Al-Jahmi, who died five years before the 214 Houthi coup.
Eryani said in a statement to the Yemeni news agency "Saba", that the Houthi militia's continued bombing of the homes of the militia's oppositionists in Marib and other Yemeni regions reflects the militia's adverse stance toward calls for calm and revival of the truce, and reveals the true face of Houthis as a terrorist organization, and confirms that Houthis are a tool for killing and destruction and that tt cannot be a true partner in building peace.
Al-Eryani pointed out that human rights organizations have documented that the terrorist Houthi militia, since its coup, blew up nearly 900 homes belonging to state, army and security leaders, politicians, journalists, sheikhs and ordinary citizens, and its policy of blowing up homes and forcibly displacing their residents as a method in use to terrorize citizens and take revenge on oppositionists to the 2014 coup .
Al-Eryani called on the international community, the United Nations, and the UN and US envoys to depart from silence, and declare a firm stance against Houthis' terrorist acts that undermine ceasefire efforts, and fall within the policies of forced displacement of civilians, war crimes and crimes against humanity, and to take action label the Houthi militia as a "terrorist organization."
