The Deputy Minister of Planning and International Cooperation, Dr. Nizar Basohaib discussed today in the interim capital Aden with the general budget expert at Pragma Company, Dr. Kamal Al-Wasl, the mechanism of the program for building the capabilities of cadres in the ministry's sectors in identifying projects of utmost importance and methods of evaluation according to priority.
The Deputy Minister of Planning heard from the economic expert an explanation about the steps used during the preparation and determination of the matrix of projects submitted by the concerned authorities according to their importance.
On the other hand, the Deputy Minister of Planning and International Cooperation, today, during a meeting with the International Committee for the Food Security and Livelihood Survey, reviewed the challenges facing the workflow of the survey being implemented in a number of liberated governorates.
