Deputy Minister of Health for Primary Healthcare, Dr. Ali Al-Walidi, and the resident representative of the World Health Organization in Yemen, Dr. Adham Rashad, inspected the routine function of the Supreme Authority for Medicines and Medical Supplies in the temporary capital, Aden.
The Executive Director of the authority, Dr. Abdul-Qader Al-Bakri, briefed the visitors on the authority's activities and tasks, and the challenges it faces.
Al-Walidi and the WHO official also visited the authority's laboratories department.
