The Kuwaiti Fund for Arab Economic Development signed Thursday a Grant Agreement with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) worth $1.2 million to contribute to the rehabilitation and maintenance of homes for displaced persons in Yemen.

Interior minister discusses with UK ambassador security cooperation

Minister of Interior General Lieutenant Ibrahim Hydan discussed Thursday with UK Ambassador to Yemen Richard Oppenheim mutual cooperation between the two countries inf field of security and latest developments in Yemen.
Minister Hydan confirmed that implementing Riyadh Agreement with its political and military sections is the corner stone for regaining order in the liberated provinces and for economic stability, pointing out that passing time without implementing the agreement serves only interests of Houthi terrorist militia and increases suffering of Yemeni people in Aden and other liberated provinces.
He praised UK efforts for supporting Yemen in security field and police training.
For his part, the UK diplomat confirmed his country's support for implementing all articles of Riyadh Agreement for the sake of stability of Aden and other provinces, praising efforts of the interior minister in regaining security order.
