Deputy Governor of Marib Dr. Abd-Rabbu Miftah met separately today with the Deputy Representative of the UN Population Fund (UNPF) Jarek Heypertin, Director of Programs in the Office of the UNHCR in Yemen Hussein Akbri and the Directors of the Programs of Oxfam organization in Marib Margret Mold.

The humanitarian interventions and projects of each of the aforementioned organization were discussed.

Miftah highlighted the need for greater interventions by the international organizations to help the local authority to cope with the increasingly growing needs of the IDPs and African refugees in the governorate.
