The third Military Court held Wednesday publically its 11 hearing headed by Aqil Tajuddin, the Head of the Court with presence of the Military Prosecutor Judge Faisal al-Humaidi regarding the criminal case No. 4 for 2020, accusing Abdulmalik al-Houthi and 74 others of carrying out military coup against the republican system, the legal authority and spaying for foreign country (Iran) and on committing military and war crimes.
The session was held for hearing from defendants' lawyers regarding answer on claims made by civil lawyer.
The lawyers of the victims and victims affected by Houthi anti-person mines, who loses their lower limbs causing them permanent paralyze and demanded legal just action against defendants.
The clients of the martyred people, who were killed by Houthi rockets and bullets, made their claims and demanded executing Houthi leaders and full compensation.
The juries heard from the military prosecutor who made it clear to the court that the military prosecution demanded severest verdicts against the defendants for committing war crimes and crimes against humanity prohibited by article 21 of the military criminal law numbering 21 for 1998 and international accords.
