Vice President Lt. Gen. Ali Mohsen Saleh has sent a cable of condolences to the family of Brig. Naser Mubarak, the Assistant Operations Director of the Seventh Military Region, who has died of torture in Houthi jails.
The Vice President hailed the bravery and qualities of the officer.
