Republican decree no (64) of 2020 issued Wednesday by appointing Maj. General Shallal Ali Shae'a as Military Attaché in the Republic of Yemen embassy in the United Arab Emirate (UAE).
Second article of the decree stated that the decree shall take its effects from the date it is issued on and published in the gazette and military bulletins.
