Mahweet Local Authority distributed Sunday the third batch of the second phase of the Chinese humanitarian assistance (Chinese rice) to displaced persons from Mahweet province in Marib.
In the launching ceremony, Deputy Governor of Mahweet Ali al-Khateeb pointed out that the aid targets 1500 displaced families distributed in different districts in Marib.
He praised great support provided by Chinese friends as this support contributes in alleviating suffering of the displaced people from Mahweet.
