President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi has congratulated Sheikh Nawaf al-Ahmad al-Sabah who succeeded his late half-brother Sabah al-Ahmed al-Sabah as a new Emir for the State of Kuwait.
Hadi noted the deep Yemeni-Kuwaiti relations saying he looks forward to furthering it and developing it for the good of the two brotherly peoples.
Hadi wished the new Emir and the people of Kuwait all the welfare and prosperity.
