The Government of Yemen has expressed its deep concern and regret regarding the recent decision made by the U.S. Administration to restrict the entry of citizens of the Republic of Yemen to the United States, as part of a group of countries included in this decision.

Miftah inspects displaced people's conditions in Marib

Deputy Governor of Marib Abd-Rabbu Miftah inspected Thursday situations of displaced people in al-Sset and Batha'a Camps installed recently here. The people displaced from their homes in Majzar area here and Jawf province over recent military escalation by Houthi militia.

Miftah directed the executive unit of the displaced people's camps to send water trucks to the displaced families in the two camps on the cost of the local authority as quick solution for meeting needs of displaced families after humanitarian organizations delayed their help.

Miftah confirmed that the local authority will provide everything possible to the displaced families and will communicate actively with partners of the humanitarian work for covering their basic needs.

He stressed commitment to specifications of shelters provided to displaced people so as they will be protected well against sun and heavy rains and keeping their dignity.
