The Saudi-led Arab Coalition intercepted and destroyed on Sunday morning a new booby-trapped drone the Yemeni Houthi terrorists had launched towards Saudi Arabia.

In a press statement, the alliance's spokesman Col. Turki al-Maliki said the "Combined Forces managed to intercept and destroy the drone in the Yemeni airspace."

Fighting the UN-recognized and Coalition-backed government for years, the Iran aligned theocratic militia continuously launch armed drones and ballistic missiles towards civilian places in the government-held parts of Yemen and in Saudi Arabia.
