Minister of Defense General Lieutenant Mohammad al-Maqdashi has stressed significance of improving medical and curative services and care programs provided to heroes of the national army and popular resistance.

He praised sacrifices made by the heroes of the national army in defending their homeland against Iran-backed Houthi militia's agenda.

Presiding over a meeting for officials of health services and military medical committee on Wednesday, al-Maqdashi confirmed that the political leadership and the government give the injured soldiers special care and that the defense ministry makes curing the injured a priority.

Minister of Defense inspected also the constructional work in expanding Marib Military Hospital and was briefed on the accomplishment level and efforts for speeding up finalizing the project, which will contribute in improving the medical service.
