Yemen coronavirus committee confirms 5 new cases in Taiz

The national Supreme Committee on Coronavirus confirmed on Sunday five new infections with the novel contagion in Taiz, which raises the confirmed toll to 25 in the southwestern Yemen city.
The committee spokesman Ahed Mansour said "five new cases have tested positive" and one of them has "already died."
So far six people have died of the pandemic and four have recovered.
Taiz city has been subject to a six year siege and non-stopping invasion attempts the Houthi theocratic militia. The siege left a devastating impact on the city's health system as all the other services and aspects of life.
