The Kuwaiti Fund for Arab Economic Development signed Thursday a Grant Agreement with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) worth $1.2 million to contribute to the rehabilitation and maintenance of homes for displaced persons in Yemen.

Inking economic, technical cooperation between Yemeni, China

An agreement of economic and technical cooperation signed on Wednesday here between Republic of Yemen and People's Republic of China.
Under the agreement China will provide Yemen with a grant worth 60 million Chinese Yuan (CNY).
The Chinese donation aimed to contribute to establishing development projects and humanitarian actions.
Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Dr Najeeb al-Aweg inked the agreement on behalf of the Yemeni Government and Deputy of Chinese Ambassador singed on the Chinese Government.
Al-Aweg voiced the Yemeni Government's thanks for the Government of the People's Republic of China for its support for the Yemeni peoples in different fields.
The Chinese diplomat reiterated the Chinese government's commitment to keep on supporting Yemen in different domains.
