CBY Governor discusses capacity building efforts with IMF
The Governor of the Central Bank of Yemen (CBY) Ahmed Ghaleb discussed today , Friday, with the Head of the Monetary and Capital Markets Department at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) Jihad al-Wazir the technical assistance provided by the Fund to build capacity in aspects of external reserves and foreign exchange management.

Fund-raising campaign to help Yemeni people launched in Poland

Poland Organization for Humanitarian Relief has launched wide-scale fund-raising campaign in Poland to contribute to humanitarian and relief efforts in Yemen.
The Polish initiative aimed to alleviate the Yemeni peoples' suffering created by Houthi putschist militia.
It is worth mentioning that Yemen's Ambassador to Poland Dr Mirfat Mujjalli communicated earlier with the management of the Poland Organization for Relief. She explored polish humanitarian assistance, particularly in the domain of artificial limbs that many victims of Houthi militia's landmines are in need of.
