1 million child receive vaccine in first phase of Anti-Polio immunization campaign

Immunization medical teams which carry out the first round of anti-polo vaccination campaign managed to reach out to one million and 187 thousand child under 5-year old in different provinces.
General Director of Immunization Program in the Ministry of Public Health and Population in the temporary capital Aden Yousef Ahmed told the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) the field teams have already visited 989 thousand of houses. This figure brings coverage in the first day to 21% of the total number of targeted children and 30% of the targeted houses.
