Signing Tripartite Agreement to Operate 70 Power Stations in Yemen with Saudi Support
A tripartite agreement was signed Wednesday between the Ministry of Electricity and Energy, the Yemeni Oil Company (PetroMasila), and the Saudi Program for the Development and Reconstruction of Yemen to finance petroleum derivatives and supply more than 70 power generation stations across various governorates.

Info Minister inspectsrecovery of war-torn Beihan

Information Minister Muammar al-Eryani and the Head of the Department of Moral Guidance at the Defense Ministry Maj. Gen. Mohsen Khasroof,have inspected the general recovery and re-normalization of life in war-torn town of Beihaan in the eastern province of Shabwah.

Beihan was recaptured by the armed forces in late December 2017. Local military commanders and media officials received al-Eryani.

Al-Eryani inspected the magnitude of the damage left by the Iranian-backed militia on civilian lives including fields of landmines the rebels had planted before they were driven out by the army.

Al-Eryani said "we can not forget the great role played by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and his Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz" who, upon President Abd-Rabbu M. Hadi's request, intervened in March 2015 to restore the Yemeni state from the Houthicoupistsand support Yemen's internationally recognized government military, economically and in development and health fields.
