HAJJA-SABA
National Army's engineering teams- in cooperation with the Coalition's teams- have detonated a number of sea mines laid by Houthi rebel militia in international waters.
The sea mines have been discovered after being swept by sea waves near Midi coasts, western Hajjah, a source at the Fifth Military Zone told the ministry of defense's news website September.
Laying sea mines is considered a threatening message by Houthis to the international community and regional waters for exerting pressures on the national army and Saudi-led Coalition to face battles of regaining control of the last marine outlets from Houthimilita, said the source.
Last week, the Fifth Military Zone's marine forces foiled a process of laying sea mines by Houthi experts.
