Minister of Information, Culture and Tourism, Muammar Al-Eryani, called on the Lebanese government to shut down Houthi militia media outlets operating from Beirut's southern suburbs with Iranian support.
Al-Eryani stated that these outlets spread hate speech, incitement, and false narratives about Yemen's legitimate government and its efforts against Houthi rebels, threatening regional security and international navigation routes.
He emphasized the need for Arab countries to prevent terrorist groups from operating media, political, or financial activities from their territories against other Arab states, and urged a unified Arab stance against such threats.
