On Wednesday, Defense Minister Lieutenant General Mohsen al-Dai'ri met Wednesday here with the Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Yemen Jeannette Seppen.
The meeting addressed the latest developments in the Yemeni situation amidst ongoing threats from the Houthi terrorist militia to maritime navigation, as well as the deterioration of economic conditions and the national currency due to attacks on ports and oil facilities.
The defense minister explained that the Houthi terrorist militia is executing the agenda of the Iranian regime and receives orders from Tehran to disrupt the security of the region, emphasizing that the fire of this militia has affected everyone and there must be an end to its terrorism and criminal acts.
He reiterated the importance of supporting the capabilities of the armed forces so they can fulfill their duties in restoring state institutions, securing navigation, and establishing stability throughout the country.
