Minister of Public Health and Population Dr. Qasim Buhaybeh called on international and regional organizations to provide emergency and sustainable support to the health sector in Yemen, to ensure the sector can sustain the provision of basic primary health care.
In the press conference he held in Aden today, Buhaybeh said funding for the health sector has declined by more than 70 percent, calling on international and regional health sector partners to renew their vital and continuous support for health services and overcome challenges in these difficult times.
