Local Authority in Marib governorate The Deputy Governor of Marib governorate Dr. Abd-Rabbu Meftah has emphatically welcomed establishing an office for the French Solidarities International Organization in the governorate, describing this move as of paramount importance for the humanitarian actions.

As he met today, Thursday, with the appointed Director of the Office Morgana Singh who delivered the organization's decision about creating a bureau in the governorate in response to the request of Local Authority and the Executive Unit of the UN to establish a humanitarian center in the governorate.

Dr. Meftah along with the Director of the Management of IDPs Camps in the governorate Saif Muthana detailed the Director of the Office on the humanitarian situations and the pressing needs of the IDPs in the governorate which is hosting over 62 percent of the total IDPs in the country.
