The Terrorist Houthi militias are reported to have committed 7553 violations against the citizens of Aljawf governorate in 2022.
The Human Rights and Media Committee in the governorate reported that the violations included 142 incidents of killing and injuring by direct shooting and landmines. 22 peoples were directly shot dead by the militiamen and landmines claimed the lives of 34, meanwhile 86 peoples sustained different injuries.
The Human Rights Committee's report which published today, Tuesday, noted that the Houthi militiamen have closed dozens of schools, preventing up to 4800 pupils from education.
The militiamen also closed the College of Education in the governorate, as a result 1200 students were denied to pursue their higher education.
1300 families were forcibly displaced from their own houses in the region of al-Yatamah, north of Aljawf governorate, according to the report.
