NCIAVHR: Fifty-Six Yemeni women killed, 60 injured in 2021 due to armed conflict

National Committee for Investigating Alleged Violation of Human Rights (NCIAVHR) reported that 56 Yemeni women killed and 60 more sustained injuries during the time January 2021 to January 2022 as a result of shelling the residential areas and landmines.
At the meantime 125 families were forcefully displaced and 155 families were deprived the right to housing due to shelling and bombing their own houses.
The NICAVHR revealed these information today during a hearing session it held in the temporary capital Aden on the International Woman Day, March 8.
A number of women whose husbands, sons and relatives were arbitrary arrested and enforced disappeared spoke about their own personal suffering because of these violations against their beloved ones.
