Deputy Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Nizar Basuhaib discussed Wednesday with representatives of Save the Children and planning ministry the project of promoting education, which costs USD 31 million financed by the World Bank.
The project covers provinces of Hadhramout, Abyan, Marib, Sa'ada, Hodeida, Taiz and Ibb and includes printing school textbook, doing maintenance work to educational establishments and trainings and capacity buildings of educational cadre.
Basuhaib confirmed significance of the project to promote educational sector, stressing necessity of abiding by implementing the project in coordination with concerned bodies in accordance with the already made plan.
On the other hand, Deputy Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Nizar Basuhaib discussed Wednesday with Representative of Italian Emergency Organization Anwar Mughalles interventions of the organization in health field.
The two parties also discussed possible contribution for promoting health services in the 22nd of May Hospital in Aden.
