Minister of Information, Culture and Tourism Muammer al-Eryani condemned with the strongest terms the Iran-allied terrorist Houthi militia's ballistic missile attack on a crowded market in the area of Mafraq Hareeb south of Marib city.

The militiamen fired ballistic missiles against al-Jaber Complex in the center of the market on Saturday resulted in killing three civilians among them a child, five civlians more wounded, with large material damages reported.

In a press statement to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) he said " Houthi militias' continuous attacks on the residential areas in Marib with heavy weapons including ballistic missiles are war-crimes should not go unpunished, but regretfully the militiamen have been emboldened by passivity of the international community toward their atrocities".

The Minister called on the UN and interested human rights organization to act for putting an end of the militia's violations and crimes against the civilians and IDPs.
