Under-Secretary of Legal Afairs and Human Rights Ministry Nabil Abdulhafez contributed to the consultations of the Experts Team charged with drawing-up Arab Plan for Human Rights Cultivation.

The deliberations conducted in the state of Kuwait with participation by Experts of Education and Human Rights in the Arab League member states.

The Arab Plan for Human Rights Cultivation aims to promote human rights culture in the Arab countries.
